In productionA scored assessment for basketball coaches: fifteen questions across five areas, out of forty-five points. Built for a coaching program and used by coaches in the United States and New Zealand.

Start a test and watch a play animate on the court before the clip freezes and gives you six seconds to make the read. How long you take is recorded alongside whether you were right. Or open a player from the roster and see two attempts four months apart, with drills picked from that player’s two weakest areas.

Autonomous Operator
Live demoA sandboxed agent running a fictional small business end to end: it reads the inbox, ranks the day by what protects the most money and reputation, and drafts the replies rather than just listing what to do.

Ask it "what should Dana do first today" and watch it read every thread and task before answering, then draft the actual replies to the angry customer and the quiet $9,200 quote in the same turn. Then tell it about your own business, and it switches from operating the fictional one to being your strategist.
Summit Air Co. is invented. Every contact, task and email is fictional. It drafts and stages replies, and never sends anything.
Client work
Real work for real clients. Two are no longer reachable to ask permission of, so their names stay off and the shape of the work is described instead. Three of these (Fieldnote, Advancement.io, and VEO) were built for Covenant Christian High School and are named here with permission; their demos are rebuilt as static files so anyone can click through without touching the school's real systems, with the school's own branding swapped for a generic placeholder and every record invented.

In productionA single place to hold tenant records and see where rent payments stand, replacing a mix of memory and phone notes. Built during a long embedded engagement, still in use.

Look down the status column. One tenant is current, one is two months behind, and one shows a month behind while a cheque of his sits in review. The app will not count money until a person has agreed it arrived. Then open the review queue and find the transfer that matched nobody, because the name on it is not the name on the lease.

In productionA mobile-first app for a school’s advancement office. The director dictates a donor contact report from a phone; it parses the spoken note into structured fields and files it in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT as an action record.

Type a note like “Had coffee with Daniel Okafor this morning about the athletics facility. He’s thinking about $5,000 and wants the one-pager. Need to follow up next week.” and watch the constituent, category, date, follow-up and gift interest each come back filled in. Then search “Lanius” and find two people with that name, which the app refuses to choose between.

Use the seat switcher in the band at the top. As Director you see every gift amount and the thank-you queue. Switch to Associate and the amounts are simply gone, replaced by outreach counts. The director was explicit that not everyone needs to know what each person gave. Same work, different seat.

Ask it something the pages answer, like when applications close, and it answers with the source named. Then ask something they do not, such as whether there is a bus from the next county, and it hands you to the right office rather than inventing an answer. The refusal is the feature.

Then open Duplicates, where two records for the same person are held side by side, field against field, so merging keeps the email from one and the notes from the other instead of picking a winner.

Open the Priority Matrix, where every task has been scored and dropped into one of the four Eisenhower quadrants. The interesting one is Eliminate: the app is willing to tell you something you wrote down is not worth doing, which is the part most task apps will not do.
