The 30-day clock starts the day your deposit clears. You see a working prototype at week two, sign off on adjustments, and have the system live by week four. After that, the retainer is how you stay in relief.

Discover

Signed agreement, deposit cleared, kickoff. We map your current tools, workflows, and the manual work eating your team's hours. You leave the week with a written scope: exactly what's getting built, in what order, and on what timeline.

Week 2

Design & prototype

We design the system on paper — the agent's lane, the workflow's failure modes, the integration contracts — then build a working prototype against your real data. You see it before it goes live. Most clients ask for two or three tweaks here, and we make them inside the same week.

Week 4

Ship

The system goes live in your environment, running against real workload. Error handling, logging, and a clean off-switch are wired in from day one. We monitor closely through the first two weeks and tune what the real-world traffic surfaces. Or your money back, no negotiation.

Month 2 onward

Operate & evolve

The retainer covers ongoing operation, tuning, and small adds. New automations as your operation grows. Model updates as the AI providers ship them. Full maintenance when an upstream tool changes. You stay in relief without paying every time you want a tweak.

Your first system live and running by day 30, or we refund the deposit in full. No change-order excuses, no renegotiation. The 30-day clock starts the day the deposit clears.

"Live and running" means: the system is doing real work against real data in your environment, with humans routing to it through their normal tools. You can show your team a working system, not a demo. We have not missed it.

Deposit terms. On the Focused Build: $3,750 at signing (50% of the $7,500 build fee), non-refundable except if we miss the 30-day delivery. The remaining $3,750 plus your first $1,500 monthly retainer (optional) are due at kickoff or upon delivery. On the Embedded Partner engagement: $12,500 at signing, balance plus first month due at kickoff.

The retainer covers continuous operation and improvement of the systems we shipped. Net-new builds, platform migrations, and big one-time projects are real services we take on, but they sit outside the monthly rhythm and get quoted as their own engagements. Anything outside the retainer gets a clear scope and price before we start, so there are no surprises on either side.

Inside the retainer

A monthly "What Got Done" report on the first Monday of each month, in writing
