For businesses that have outgrown their tools

You paid for the software. Your team still does the work by hand.

It's not that your team isn't working hard enough. It's that too much of the work still has to be done by hand. Find out what that's actually costing you, free.

Three ranked use cases with price bands built from your own numbers. Free, whether we ever work together or not.

Systems we have built for nine businesses, still running today.

Sound familiar?

Your tools hold the data. Your team holds the chaos.

Follow-ups slip through the cracks

A lead goes quiet for a week because nobody remembered to check back. An invoice ages past due because it fell off whoever's mental list was tracking it. Nothing broke on purpose — it just wasn't anyone's specific job to remember.

The same fact lives in five places, and they don't agree

Your CRM says one thing, the inbox says another, and the person who actually took the call remembers a third version. Reconciling it eats the first ten minutes of every conversation about it.

The report takes most of a day to build

Someone opens four tabs, copies numbers into a spreadsheet by hand, and formats it the same way they did last month — because that's still faster than fixing the thing that makes it slow every time.

A new hire learns the job by asking around

Nothing about how the business actually runs is written down anywhere a new person can find it, so they interrupt three people in their first week — and the business re-teaches the same thing to whoever starts next.

The same task gets redone by hand, every single week

It's not hard, and it's not even slow the first time. It's slow the fortieth time, and nobody's stopped long enough to add up what that actually costs across a year.

Your best people are doing work that doesn't need them

The person best equipped to close the next deal is instead the one re-typing a spreadsheet, because at least they know how to do it right.

That's the work AI handles now. Quietly. On a schedule. With humans in the loop only where judgment actually matters.

Where we sit

Built on top of the tools you already run.

You don't need a new stack. You need the one you have to talk to itself and stop dropping the ball. Your existing tools stay the system of record. We add the layer that moves data between them and only interrupts a human when judgment is actually required.

What we build

Four shapes of work. One operating system underneath.

Most engagements end up combining two or three of these. The mix is scoped on the fit call and tuned to what your operation actually needs, not a packaged "AI transformation" template.

01

Custom AI agents & assistants

Purpose-built AI that does specific jobs inside your business: drafting replies, triaging inbound, answering internal questions from your own documents. Not a chatbot bolted onto your homepage.

In the wild: An AI assistant that watches a shared inbox, drafts contextual replies inside Gmail, and surfaces only the threads that need a human's judgment.

02

Workflow automation

The boring, repeatable pipework that ties your tools together and runs on a schedule. Lead capture into CRM. Invoices into accounting. Most of this work is just connecting things properly.

In the wild: A pipeline that watches a shared mailbox for new client intake forms, enriches the contact in the CRM, and triggers a personalized onboarding sequence, all before the team sees it.

03

Internal tools & dashboards

Operational dashboards, lightweight admin apps, internal portals. Built fast, hosted simply, designed for the people who open them every day.

In the wild: An operational console where a small team can see what their automations did overnight, override anything routed for review, and trigger one-off runs without touching code.

04

Integrations & data plumbing

APIs, webhooks, sync jobs, and the data cleanups underneath them. Unglamorous, and usually the reason a previous automation attempt quietly fell apart.

In the wild: A nightly sync that reconciles records across a CRM, an accounting tool, and a spreadsheet of record, flagging the mismatches a human needs to look at instead of papering over them.

The 4-Phase Build · how we work

From signed agreement to a system your team actually uses.

Every engagement runs through the same four phases. The first three ship a working system. The fourth is how it stays working, and keeps getting better, as your business evolves around it.

01

Discover

Phase 1

We map your tools, your workflows, and the work eating your team's hours. You leave week one with a written scope: what gets built, in what order, on what timeline.

02

Design & prototype

Phase 2

We design it on paper first, then build a working prototype against your real data. You see it before it goes live and tell us what to adjust.

03

Ship

Phase 3

It goes live against your real workload, with error handling, logging, and a clean off-switch wired in from day one. We watch it closely for the first two weeks.

04

Operation & maintenance

Phase 4

Ongoing tuning, model updates, new automations as you grow, and repairs when an upstream tool changes underneath you. No new invoice every time you want a tweak.

Where to start. The 7-minute Automation Assessment tells you which build is worth doing first and roughly what it's worth, before either of us commits to anything.

Real work, running today

The engagement that started this practice is still running.

Before Connexion AI existed as a service, it existed as 430+ hours embedded inside one real business — twice a week, in the office, watching the work software was supposed to handle and didn't.

What came out of it is a single place to hold tenant records and see exactly where rent stands, replacing a mix of memory and phone notes. It won't count a payment as received until a person has actually confirmed it landed, because for something like rent, "the software says so" isn't good enough.

It's still running today, on the same rules it launched with.

Questions

What people ask before booking.

Most agencies bolt automations onto whatever the prospect describes in a 30-minute call. We run every engagement through The 4-Phase Build (Discover, Design & prototype, Ship, Operate & evolve) and we don't skip phases. We start with discovery against the actual work (the inbox, the spreadsheets, the workflow), then design the system on paper before we build it. We use real software engineering practices (error handling, logging, version control, a clean off-switch) because we treat what we ship as production infrastructure, not a demo.
